Precision Neuroscience Raises $250M at $1B Valuation

Precision Neuroscience raised $250m in a Series D round led by Bill Ackman's Pershing Square and the Ackman Oxman Institute, valuing the brain-computer interface company at just over $1bn. The New York firm has now raised $430m total. Its Layer 7 device, a thin film with 1,024 surface electrodes, received FDA clearance in April 2025 for up to 30 days of use.
