Regulation as advantage for European founders

Building under regulation taught a founder that compliance creates durable competitive advantages. At N26, the CTO helped obtain a banking licence and build a core banking system from scratch. Later at Vivy, a digital health platform handling sensitive medical data, those regulatory skills became a strategic asset rather than a burden.
