Chipmakers rallied, with Micron gaining 4.5% after announcing billions in U.S. supply chain investment. Fed Chairman Kevin Warsh named five task forces including Marc Andreessen and Doug McMillon. Delta beat earnings estimates and passed 60% of higher fuel costs to consumers. Palm Beach International Airport was renamed Donald J. Trump International Airport.
