Anthropic IPO filing shows $417 billion compute spend

Anthropic disclosed in its public IPO filing that it has taken on roughly $417 billion in minimum future payments tied to compute and data center infrastructure since the end of 2025. The company held more than $112 billion in cash as of June but may need to raise additional capital later.
