Evooo1Bot, a Mirai-based modular Linux botnet, targets internet-facing gateway devices from Alcatel, NETGEAR, Tenda, Mitsubishi Electric, Telesquare, and D-Link, turning them into SOCKS5 traffic relay nodes. The malware also performs credential theft, SSH brute-forcing, and DDoS attacks, with encrypted C2 communications over port 443.
