ATF Confirms Major Incident After Qilin Ransomware Attack

Ransomware group Qilin listed the ATF as a victim, claiming a major incident. The ATF confirmed a breach of a standalone system holding investigation target data, not core networks. Systems were disconnected and the DOJ was notified. Qilin is Russia-linked and known for the Synnovis attack.
