Model card benchmark reporting analysis published

An analysis of 30 frontier model cards tracks which benchmarks labs report first. Each card counts once per benchmark, and organizations break ties. The curated registry shows reporting saturation, not score saturation. Flat score tails mark unreadable newer numbers.
