Detroit startup Bloom raised $3.6 million in a seed round led by SNAK Venture Partners on Wednesday. The firm joined Flyover Capital, Mana Ventures, Detroit Venture Partners, Invest Detroit Ventures, and the Michigan Outdoor Innovation Fund.
