Bright Security Launches Agentic Fuzzer

Bright Security officially launched STAR Fuzzer on October 19th, 2026. This agentic tool automatically generates fuzzing harnesses using AI to find security bugs in code without running applications. During initial testing, it identified High or Critical issues in 45% of projects, including the Crystal standard library. The tool delivered ten published findings within its first month of availability.
