Chinese autonomous driving company Momenta launched its Hong Kong IPO on June 29, offering 19.94 million shares at HK$295.60 each to raise up to $751 million. Cornerstone investors including GIC, Fidelity, BlackRock, and Mercedes-Benz committed about $375.75 million. Proceeds will fund R&D and robotaxi commercialization.
