Buchartz Secures 87 Million Euro for Electric Buses

Bucharest Mayor Ciprian Ciucu announced the European Investment Bank confirmed 87 million euros for new battery-electric buses and trolleys. The city will receive 45 trolleybuses and 40 buses to replace older diesel models by 2026, aiming to modernize the Societății de Transport București fleet and reduce local air pollution.
