A team built and openly published a per-plant CO2 dataset for 4,551 power stations worldwide. Only ~15% of plants have measured emissions from US EPA and EU ETS; the other 85% rely on modelled estimates from Climate TRACE. The dataset includes a consistent schema and a DOI.
