Empirical Security Raises $25M Series A

Empirical Security, a Chicago startup, raised $25 million in Series A funding led by Brightmind Partners, bringing total funding to $37 million. The company sells two predictive models, Foundation and Radiant, to forecast which software vulnerabilities attackers will exploit. CEO Ed Bellis and CTO Michael Roytman previously built Kenna Security.
