Rock Matrix, collaborating with the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Carnegie Mellon University, has open-sourced EdgeRock-4B. This model converts Alibaba's Qwen3.5-4B by reducing its 256K KV cache from 8 GiB to 72 MiB, keeping memory use flat regardless of context length.
