Besxar plans orbital chip factory on SpaceX boosters

Besxar, founded by former OpenAI staffer Ashley Pilipiszyn, will prototype an orbital semiconductor factory across a dozen SpaceX Falcon 9 booster flights. The startup raised almost $14 million, including a $9 million seed round led by Dauntless Ventures and Overture VC. Its first two fabships flew on a July Starlink mission.
