Dubai and NYC-based Lombard Systems raised $4M across Pre-Seed and Seed rounds led by Ethereal Ventures. The company plans to support institutional adoption of its Delivery-versus-Lock standard, complete legal opinions in the United States, England, Wales, and five further jurisdictions, and expand integrations by Q1 2027.
