iOS developers can now offer commission-free payments on web

WeChat Mini Programs on iOS will now support virtual payments, with Apple reducing its commission to 15% under a new Mini Program Partner Program. A federal court also ruled Apple violated a 2021 injunction by restricting external payment links and imposing a 27% fee, ending those practices.
