Kmorph Enables Rebootless Linux Kernel Recovery

The Kmorph open-source project was announced on Friday to provide rebootless Linux kernel crash recovery by leveraging Multikernel work. It allows a successor kernel to take over within one second after a panic, supporting x8664 and ARM64 architectures today while RISC-V support is in progress.
