Mercedes-AMG CLA 45 uses seat shakers and simulated pops and bangs to fake engine sounds. The technology follows the Hyundai Ioniq 5 N's virtual gearbox trend. Porsche Taycan and Honda Super-N also adopted similar engine fakery for electric performance cars.
