Aspirity Buys Majority Stake in Onomondo

London private equity firm Aspirity Partners agreed on Wednesday to buy a majority stake in Copenhagen IoT company Onomondo, part of a combined investment exceeding €100m. Denmark's state fund EIFO is increasing its stake. The deal needs regulatory approval and should close in the first three months of 2027. Onomondo connects devices across nearly 700 mobile networks for over 500 businesses.
