First Bus Adds 100 Electric Buses to Fleet

First Bus and Norfolk County Council invest £13.8 million to add 100 electric buses to their fleet. The vehicles operate on routes 28, 37, 38 and 38A connecting Thorpe Marriot, Drayton Road, Hellesdon and Mulbarton with Norwich city centre. First Bus contributes £8.9 million while the council provides the remainder via Bus Service Improvement Plan funding.
