ZA/UM lays off 32 staff after Zero Parades sales

ZA/UM Studio is laying off up to 32 employees across all departments, citing insufficient commercial performance of spiritual successor Zero Parades: For Dead Spies. The studio had roughly 100 staff as of October 2025. This follows a 2024 layoff of around 24 employees and years of public legal disputes.
