SPARC AI Inc. closed the second and final tranche of its brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $1,122,199.75. The offering consisted of 264,047 units at $4.25 per unit, each comprising one common share and one warrant exercisable at $5.25 for 60 months. A.G.P. Canada Investments ULC acted as sole agent.
