Automattic Appoints Interim CFO After Executive Departures

Automattic has named Jeremy Klaperman, CFO of its WordPress VIP Enterprise unit, as interim CFO. The appointment follows the departure of former CFO Mark Davies and Chief Legal Officer Andy Missan after a failed board attempt to oust CEO Matt Mullenweg.
