Infineon Technologies is acquiring Bengaluru-based C2i Semiconductors to strengthen power management for AI data centres. The deal, expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, adds C2i's software-defined power management, multiphase controllers, and system-level power architectures to Infineon's portfolio.
