Armenia detained Russian tourist Aleksandr Ermakov on a U.S. extradition warrant for a REvil ransomware suspect with the same name. His lawyers say the detained man is Aleksandr Yuryevich Ermakov, a former prison-service lawyer who does not speak English, not the sanctioned Aleksandr Gennadievich Ermakov linked to the Medibank hack.
