Microsoft continues pushing a mandatory Microsoft account for Windows 11 setup, but users can still bypass it using Rufus, Ventoy, or an autounattend.xml file. Windows 11 Pro officially supports local accounts via the Domain join option. Command prompt workarounds like oobe/bypassnro are no longer supported on latest builds.
