Sony plans to stop physical disc production in January 2028. New Circana data shows only seven PlayStation games have sold more than 100,000 physical copies in the US year-to-date. Two games sold over 10,000 physical copies in the week ending July 11. The data comes from analyst Mat Piscatella.
