Microsoft is launching a 12-inch Surface Pro and 13-inch Surface Laptop on October 13, both powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon X2 Plus. The Surface Pro starts at $1,149, a $300 increase over the base model, and offers an optional 5G version. The Surface Laptop starts at $1,199, $50 more than the previous generation.
