Introducing the Open Knowledge Format

Google Cloud introduced the Open Knowledge Format (OKF) v0.1, an open specification that formalizes the LLM-wiki pattern into a portable, interoperable format. OKF represents knowledge as a directory of markdown files with YAML frontmatter, enabling different agents to consume wikis from different producers without translation.
