Hamburg-based €50M AI roll-up fund Generation Tech Partners launches

Generation Tech Partners raised over €50 million to acquire German SME service providers and overhaul them with AI. The fund plans to buy around 30 owner-managed companies, restructure them using a proprietary AI playbook, and sell after five to seven years. Founders include Elias Bitzer, Sebastian Herfurth, and Daniel Szabo.
