The JaredFromSubway Ethereum MEV bot lost $15 million after an attacker tricked it with fake trading opportunities. The attacker created fake pools and tokens, tricking the bot into approving helper contracts. The attacker then used open approvals to withdraw WETH, USDC, and USDT from the bot contract.
