Introducing a Security Support Policy for the Kotlin Standard Library

JetBrains introduced a security support policy for the Kotlin Standard Library. The policy defines which Kotlin versions receive security patches, addressing a gap for regulated teams in banking and payment infrastructure. Around half of Kotlin developers now write server-side applications, making formal security support critical for production dependencies.
