NASA Rescue Satellite Tumbles in Orbit

Katalyst's Link rescue satellite launched July 3 to save NASA's Swift Observatory, but entered a rapid multi-axis spin on July 25, frying electronics and disabling two reaction wheels. The $30 million mission may still proceed using one wheel and electric thrusters, targeting late August.
