Google Launches Gemini 4 Argon With Limited Access

Google launched Gemini 4 Argon on Wednesday, a frontier model with a 1 million token output limit, up from 64K. It rolls out first to trusted cybersecurity partners via the Fairwind Program while Google works with the U.S. government on pre-release safety evaluations. Argon scores 77.9% on DeepSWE v1.1, beating Claude Opus 5.5 and GPT-6 Astra, at $2 per million input tokens and $10 per million output tokens.
