Security researchers Robert Kruczek and Kamil Szczurowski found over 10,000 Polish public entities with 250,000 vulnerable websites, including courts, hospitals, and airports. Critical flaws in Pad CMS exposed 300 sites without passwords and 245 courts. The findings were presented at Def Con in Las Vegas.
