Siri demos show real speed, not concept video

Apple's Siri demos at the keynote had noticeable lags of several seconds between requests and task completion. Unlike the criticized 2024 concept video, these demos were real-time, single-take recordings of working features. Showing actual speeds pressures Apple to improve performance before release.
