Shared Claude chats were publicly searchable on Google

Anthropic's shared Claude conversations were being indexed by Google Search, making them publicly available. The issue affected only shared chats, not private ones. Google has since de-indexed the conversations, and someone saved 11,241 of those messages to GitHub.
