Meta launched America's Workforce Academy, a five-week program training data center technicians in partnership with CBRE, Associated Builders and Contractors, and National Urban League. Meta is committing $115 million this year to cover tuition, housing, and a daily stipend, with a guaranteed job upon completion. No prior experience is required.
