China approves 184 online games in November

China's NPPA approved 184 online games in November 2025, including 178 domestic titles, the highest single-round count in nearly five years. Regulators have issued 1,624 game licences in 2025, exceeding the 2024 total. Tencent's PUBG Mobile added a PC version.
