upGrad completed its acquisition of Unacademy for just over $200 Mn, down more than 94% from Unacademy's $3.5 Bn peak valuation in 2021. Unacademy cofounder Gaurav Munjal announced the closure on X, noting the startup had around ₹400 Cr topline and ₹900 Cr in the bank.
