Anthropic launched Claude Tag, a new tool inside Salesforce's Slack that lets employees bring the AI agent into group conversations by typing @Claude in a thread. Claude can read conversations, break down tasks, and surface updates. The beta is available for Claude Enterprise and Claude Team customers.
