Google Cloud India network slow after fire at Delhi data center

A fire at a third-party data center in Delhi caused emergency power shutdown of networking equipment on June 9th, isolating a local Point of Presence and reducing capacity in Delhi, Chennai, and Mumbai. Google reports intermittent latency and packet loss for customers in those areas, with traffic mitigations improving performance for some users.
