ChatGPT Lockdown mode blocks data theft

OpenAI expanded ChatGPT Lockdown mode to all plans including Free, Plus, and Pro. The optional setting limits outbound network requests to stop prompt injection attacks from stealing sensitive data. Lockdown mode does not prevent actual prompt injection and blocks live web searches and external file access.
