Peregryn Automotive acquired Ultima Cars' intellectual property and tooling, planning U.S. assembly of the GT-S and GT-R. The GT-R targets 700 hp, a 2.2-second 0-60 mph time, and a 2,100-pound dry weight. First deliveries are expected in spring 2027, with prices near $195,000.
