State Street launches stablecoin money market fund

State Street Investment Management launched a government money market fund for stablecoin issuers, designed to comply with the GENIUS Act framework. The fund invests in US government securities and repurchase agreements. Initial investors include State Street Bank and Anchorage Digital. The GENIUS Act was signed into law on July 18, 2025.
