TPG Exits FirstCry In ₹202 Cr Bulk Deal

TPG sold its entire 2.21% stake in FirstCry, 1.2 Cr shares at ₹175.15 each, for ₹202 Cr via a bulk deal on the NSE. Goldman Sachs picked up 68 Lakh shares. The exit comes as FirstCry's stock is down 37.4% YTD despite a 6.13% weekly gain.
