Florida troopers used a Flock Safety license plate camera sighting to arrest Lindsey Isaacs, 23, for an October 4, 2025 fatal crash in Volusia County. Her black Dodge Durango did not match witness reports of a maroon vehicle and had no damage. She spent 13 days jailed, including 86 hours in solitary, before charges were dropped in May 2026. She testified to Congress and filed a civil lawsuit.
