Microsoft blocks Windows 11 July update on Dell PCs

Microsoft paused the Windows 11 July update for certain Dell PCs after the June preview update KB5095093 caused overheating, shutdowns, and poor performance. The bug stems from a conflict between the Intel Innovation Platform Framework Processor Participant driver and a new Windows USB-C Connection Manager interface. Microsoft is working with Dell on a fix.
