Oracle debuts Base Database Cloud@Customer system

Oracle launched the Base Database Cloud@Customer appliance for smaller on-premises database deployments. The 8U module contains two servers with AMD fifth-generation Epyc CPUs, 60 cores each, 660GB memory, and 11.6TB triple-mirrored flash storage. It supports AI agents and includes Active Data Guard for disaster recovery.
